"Nettle is one of the most beautiful gifts of Mother Nature, nowadays unfortunately considered weed and something to be eradicated. This is precisely why we place her on the pedestal of our food concept, wishing to bring more focus on Nature around us as our Teacher and Caretaker.
This is a unique concept of dining that brings the feeling of home to your table. We offer a variety of traditional Bosnian dishes, many of which unjustly forgotten, as well as those prepared with nettle in particular, alongside other wild herbs from nearby mountains and fields."
